Have two for the last four years better than models that you have to adjust with a screw driver all you have to do is set how you want it on the app three modes on app OFF AUTO AND ON auto is the sensor mode but it's great to be able to just have it on for as long as you want to. Have had numerous power outages all you have to do is open app up and adjust the settings again takes about 25 seconds. Just had one removed for about two months for renovations had it wired back up opened the app up and it reconnected itself to the app and wifi.
